Presentation
Emmanuel brings his creativity and human warmth to the service of leading and coaching leaders. His 20 years of professional experience as founder, executive director, marketing and communication director, digital strategy manager and consultant make him a solid partner to help his clients achieve their levels of personal and collective success.
A marathon runner, he successfully tested himself this year in the triathlon (70.3) and also practices kitesurfing. He lives in Lille with his Brazilian-American wife and two children.
Journey
Emmanuel has alternated between the creation of companies (JAQK, Ezeo, VerticArt) and positions of operational responsibility within large groups (Chanel, 3 Suisses, Vivendi). He lived for several years in the United States, in Silicon Valley and then in New York. His personal journey has also been marked by a few life scars that open up a space of power and humility for him to serve the objectives of his clients.
Facilitator and trainer of coaches in his coaching school Coaching Ways, he has acquired a good command of the process of collective emergence. He is also a Professor-Coach at IESEG and ESSEC as part of the Talent program, an innovative personal leadership program at Master’s level.
